Little Nine Heaven (Banning, California) respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and why.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. To measure how effective our marketing is and understand how visitors use our site, we use PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics service that records which pages are visited, which links or ads brought visitors here, and general device and location information. This data is used only to improve our site and measure our marketing; it is never sold or used for advertising.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe’s own secure checkout pages. We never see or store your card number or security code.
How we use your information
To process and ship your order, provide support, and send you an order-confirmation email.
Where it is stored
Order records (name, email, shipping address, items, and amount) are stored in a Cloudflare database, encrypted at rest. Confirmation emails are sent through Resend. Payment details remain with Stripe.
Cookies and local storage
We use a single cookie to remember your chosen language, and your browser’s local storage to keep your shopping cart. PostHog sets its own first-party analytics cookie for the analytics described above; nothing is used for advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share only what is necessary to fulfil your order — payment details with Stripe, and shipping details with the carrier.
